mom_gamemode_override
Forces the gamemode to the given gamemode number, ignoring the map's specified gamemode.
NOTE: CHANGING THIS CVAR YOURSELF WILL NOT WORK WITH THE MAP SELECTOR!! For the Map Selector, you must right click on the map in the selector, and then pick your mode from the "Start Map In Specific Gamemode" dropdown instead.
