mom_run_safeguard_restart_stage <value>
Changes the safeguard for teleporting to a stage/restarting the current stage during a run. 0 = OFF, 1 = Enable when not pressing any movement keys, 2 - Enable on double press.
Note:
The value is saved and will be restored on next startup.

The value is synced between the server and all clients.
